The Drinking Water Protection Regulation Requires that emergency response and contingency plans are developed for each water system. These plans identify roles and responsibilities of the Regional District in the event of an emergency that affects the water supply. The plans also identify contingency measures to be put in place in the event of a loss of water.
To report a water problem in your area, please call the Engineering and Environmental Services Department at 1. 800. 528. 0061.
