The FVRD provides wastewater treatment to approximately 300 residential lots within River Reach, Eagle Point and Harrison Lane subdivisions. The treatment plant was commissioned and started operating on February 7, 2007.

The treatment plant provides secondary level treatment and is operated by the FVRD under the provisions of the Municipal Sewage Regulation (MSR).
