Page Content The Elbow Creek flood mitigation works, owned and operated by the Fraser Valley Regional District, consists of a sediment basin located within the headpoint of a low dam near the apex of the Elbow Creek alluvial fan, the Elbow Creek floodway and setback dykes on the north side of Elbow Creek beginning approximately 200 metres west of Morris Valley Road through Harrison River.
The protected area includes approximately 236 lots within the Harrison Lane, Eagle Point and River Reach Subdivisions. PDF of area.
