Join Fraser Valley Regional Library and Recreation, Culture and Airpark Services in welcoming award-winning magician Matthew Johnson as he weaves his hilarious spell over the facility. Matthew's show is a highly entertaining and interactive blend of magic, juggling, comedy and music.

Community Easter Egg Hunts
Join Yale Historic Site on their annual Easter Egg Hunt on April 5th. This is a family friendly event for all ages and includes an appearance by the Easter Bunny and free hot dogs (while they last!). Remember to bring your baskets and bunny ears! Co-sponsored by the Yale and District Ratepayers, Yale and District Historical Society, Recreation, Culture and Airpark Services and Coopers Foods.

Heart & Stroke Fit for Heart Spinathon
Come out and help spin some cash for The Heart and Stroke Foundation's Fit for Heart Campaign with Recreation, Culture and Airpark Services and Hope McDonalds. The Heart & Stroke Foundation's Fit for Heart Campaign is aiming to raise $1 million dollars for heart and stroke research and education in Canada. We welcome teams of 2 to 4 participants to come out and jump on a spin bike for 4 hours (rotating as needed) at Hope McDonalds, all while bringing well deserved attention to this valuable cause. Space is limited so sign up quick. Teams must register by Monday, April 12th at the Recreation Centre.

Earth Day Clean Up
Earth Day Clean Up is a great event for friends, co-workers and neighbours to help clean up our community. Join Communities in Bloom volunteers on April 22nd at 10:30am at the Bear Carving in Memorial Park and help clean up the town. Sticks and bags will be provided.

Bike to Work or School Week - May 25th to 31st
It's time to tune up your bike, park your car and join your friends, classmates and family in Bike to Work and School Week. This Provincial initiative encourages participants to reduce greenhouse gas emissions all while getting active and enjoying the outdoors. To register as a team or individual visit www.biketowork.ca.
