The Hope and District Recreational and Cultural Services will issue  a credit when a program is cancelled. 

A  refund or credit may be issued if a registered participant is unable to attend.   A doctor’s note explaining a medical condition that prevents the participant from attending the scheduled class is required.  A full program refund or credit will be given if classes haven’t started. A pro-rated refund or credit will apply if some classes were attended.

Please note that credits must be used within six months from the date they were issued.
