The Fraser Valley Regional District is comprised of four divisions:

The Corporate Services division is responsible for providing internal support services such as day-to-day accounting services, financial reporting, asset and risk management, technical support of internet, intranet, and electronic documentation applications, GIS business services, recruitment, occupational health & safety, labour relations, salary & benefits administration, bylaw administration, contract management, freedom of information, elections & referenda, corporate agendas & minutes, and facilities management.  This division is managed by the Director of Corporate Services, Lisa Pleadwell, (effective June 18, 2012) and is comprised of four departments:

The Electoral Areas Services division is responsible for delivering community and regulatory services to the FVRD's electoral area residents.  Community services include utilities (water, sewer, septic, street lighting, storm drainage), garbage & recycling programs, and fire & emergency services.  Regulatory services include development and community planning, building inspection and bylaw enforcement services.  This division is managed by the General Manager of Electoral Area Services, Suzanne Gresham, and is comprised of six departments:

The Recreation, Culture and Airpark Services division is responsible for delivering recreational and cultural programs through the Hope & District Recreation and Cultural Centre and managing the Hope Airpark.  These services are managed by Milly Marshall, the Manager of Recreation, Culture and Airpark Services.

The Regional Programs division is responsible for providing regional services to all FVRD residents and member municipalities.  These services include Emergency 911 and fire dispatch services, solid waste management, air quality, mosquito and noxious weeds programs, parks & trails, agricultural and tourism initiatives, watershed planning, and First Nations relations.  This division is managed by the Director of Regional Programs, Siri Bertelsen, and is comprised of four departments:
