The Fraser Valley Regional District is comprised of four divisions:
The Corporate Services division provides internal support services such as day-to-day accounting services, financial reporting, asset and risk management, recruitment, occupational health & safety, labour relations, salary & benefits administration, bylaw administration, contract management, freedom of information, elections & referenda, corporate agendas & minutes, and facilities management. These services are provided by the following departments:
The Electoral Areas Services division is responsible for delivering community and regulatory services to the FVRD's electoral area residents. Community services include utilities (water, sewer, septic, street lighting, storm drainage), garbage & recycling programs, and fire & emergency services. Regulatory services include development and community planning, building inspection and bylaw enforcement services. These services are delivered by the following departments:
The Recreation, Culture and Airpark Services division is responsible for delivering recreational and cultural programs through the Hope & District Recreation and Cultural Centre and managing the Hope Airpark. These services are managed by Milly Marshall, the Manager of Recreation, Culture and Airpark Services.
The Regional Programs division is responsible for providing regional services to all FVRD residents and member municipalities. These services include Emergency 911 and fire dispatch services, technical support of internet, intranet, and electronic documentation applications, GIS business services, solid waste management, air quality, mosquito and noxious weeds programs, parks & trails, agricultural and tourism initiatives, watershed planning, and First Nations relations. This division is managed by the Director of Regional Programs, Barclay Pitkethly, and is comprised of four departments:
