Located in the Fraser Valley Regional District’s Electoral Area “C”, Hemlock Valley is a small alpine community situated in the Coast Range Mountains. An area of striking natural beauty, Hemlock Valley is sheltered by the coastal mountains with a magnificent view of the National Border Mountain chain.

Hemlock Valley now has zoning!  At the May 2011 Regional Board meeting, Zoning Bylaw 0993, 2010 and Official Community Plan Amendment Bylaw 0994, 2010 were adopted and are now in effect.  If you have questions concerning these bylaws, or if you have applied for a building permit that has not yet been issued, please contact either the Planning Department by email at planninginfo@fvrd.bc.ca or the Building Department at buildinginfo@fvrd.bc.ca or call 604-702-5000 and a Regional District representative will answer your questions.
