If you wish to bring a matter foward to the board or a committee or commission of the board, you are required to submit a Request to Appear as a Delegation Form. Your request will be considered by the chair of the board or the chair of the committee or commission of the board you wish to appear before. You will be advised as to whether you delegation will be heard and the time and place to appear as a delegation.
